At Arranmore Lighting & Fans, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a fixture or fan doesn't perfectly complement your space, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in their original, uninstalled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack With Care

  Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware, instructions, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
